Financial markets magazine EUROMONEY has announced the results on survey on the real estate market in 2011. Companies participating in this survey had to submit information about themselves and rate the other players of the market according to their services. According to the general survey results Newsec has been selected as the best real estate company in Lithuania. Newsec holds the first position in various categories such as real estate valuation, agency/letting and market research and analysis. Newsec has received the third place in the Baltic region.
EUROMONEY survey every year is carried out in 50 countries. The 30% of final evaluation rating depends on a company’s financial results and the remaining 70% – points given by other companies. The survey was carried out this year from March 17 to June 15.
