The sales process of SC Gedimino 9 has been renewed by scheduling the public auction to take place on 19th of December, 2011.The planned sales process:
The starting price of the property –70 million Litas + VAT
Participants planning to take part in the auction must make official registration on December 16th, 2011, between 9-10 a.m. By that time participants need to pay participant’s fee comprising of 2% from the starting price. Extract from the bank account, evidencing the payment must be presented to bankruptcy administrator, while registering on December 16th.
Auction will be held on December 19, 2011, 9 am in Gedimino av. 9, Vilnius.
